The JuST Conference room block will open to attendees at registration.

When you register for the conference, you will receive a confirmation email which includes the information and instructions on how to make your reservations in the conference block of rooms. A limited number of guest rooms have been secured at a discounted group rate:

$209 single/double + $20 per room, per night resort fee + taxes and fees

$239 triple occupancy + $20 per room, per night resort fee + taxes and fees

$269 quadruple occupancy + $20 per room, per night resort fee + taxes and fees

The deadline to reserve at the group rate is Monday, September 22, 2025, or until the group block sells out, whichever occurs first.

IMPORTANT: All hotel reservations require a credit card guarantee at time of booking. Upon check-in, a credit or debit card will be required to guarantee the total amount of the room rate + resort fee + taxes + $100 per night to cover incidentals. This amount will be held as a pre-authorization on the card. Actual charges will be processed upon check-out.

Resort fee includes:

  1. In Room high-speed and wireless internet access
  2. 2 bottles of water per room
  3. Complimentary use of the health club
  4. Transportation to Disney theme parks (24-hour advance reservations are required)
  5. Complimentary local and 800# calls
  6. In-room coffee
  7. Evening turndown service (upon individual guest request)
  8. Use of all recreation activities including lazy river, resort pools, basketball, tennis courts and miniature golf

These items are subject to change, except for items 1), 3), 4) and 8) above.

Upon entering the OMNI Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, visitors are immediately struck by the grand, light-filled lobby, where soaring ceilings and contemporary chandeliers create an atmosphere of refined elegance without pretension. By Car – The conference venue is easily accessible to I-4.

By Air  – The Orlando International Airport is 27 miles from the OMNI Orlando Resort @ ChampionsGate.   Direct flights to Orlando can be found across the country.

Volunteers who work their assigned shifts during the conference may qualify for complimentary registration – applications will open in June. 

A limited number of tabletop exhibitor spots are available for purchase. Survivor-led organizations may qualify for a discount. Details to come.

Meals will be similar to 2024 options.

When registering, you will be asked to indicate any special dietary needs or allergies. The hotel will be advised of these requests. Most meals will offer options for the most common requests, such as gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian. Meals that require special preparation (such as kosher or vegan) must be requested in advance.  

IMPORTANT: Conference meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen which is NOT allergen-free. If you have a life-threatening allergy, please prepare accordingly and have any necessary medications with you.

Due to the nature of the workshop content, all attendees must be 18 years or older to participate in the conference. This restriction applies to all educational activities, social events, meals and receptions.  

Workshop presentations, if released by the speaker, will be available to registered attendees for a limited time on the JuST Conference website. Registered attendees will receive more information when they become available.

JuST is a professional training conference. Business casual or resort casual attire is recommended. Temperatures in meeting rooms tend to be cool, please bring a light jacket or sweater for your personal comfort. The resort is spread out in multiple buildings, and there may be a short outdoor walk between meeting rooms, so bring comfortable shoes!
